Damages & Returns

All damages must be reported with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Click here to report a damaged item. We are unable to process any damage claims after this timeframe.

We offer refunds to all customers within 7 days of receiving their goods. All goods must be returned in a saleable condition at the expense of the customer. The cost of the goods will be refunded less the original charge of carriage. The customer will receive their refund within 7 days of receiving the goods back. To return an item please click here.
